Interview

The next step is to interview the candidate where we discuss in detail their qualifications, experience and relationship they had with previous families.  We assess their personality, views on caring for children (ie discipline, nutrition, educational activities) and touch on their personal and professional plans for the future.It is vital that Puddleduck Nannies assesses whether a certain character will fit into your household. Any gaps in their professional career will be discussed at length.
Following our thorough assessment, if we believe we have found a candidate who will meet your requirements, we will provide:

• A full and detailed CV
• Copies of all ID (passport, driving licence, birth certificates)
• Copies of all relevant qualifications
• A minimum of 2 references supplied by previous employers that Puddleduck Nannies have previously checked.
