Having it all wasn’t an option for me.  With a constant stream of unreliable childcare my job in the media was a resignation letter waiting to happen.  My three children are of course my priority and I was in the end forced to put my career on hold when I realized it was impossible for me to meet the demands of my career when continually faced with the all-too-familiar shortcomings of third party recommended nannies.

Having formed Puddleduck Nannies as a result of this experience I have committed the agency to a strict manifesto ensuring that the working practices of the company meet my prior demands as a working mother.
