One Nanny Doesn’t Necessarily Fit All Children

As a family who in the past has hired many nannies over the years we have learned how to refine exactly what we needed at certain points in our lives. When our first born arrived we hired the most incredible nanny, she would not have worked so well with our youngest child who needed a much more hands on approach. A nanny who is first rate with newborns doesn’t necessarily fit with five year olds. It’s all part of the learning process when hiring a nanny.
